Hi,
I have just upgrade my system to OsX Yosemite from Mavericks running an OS update. Everything works fine and the system is very smooth. but I have a problem, I've just downloaded an App that uses xquartz to run (DIA UML language app) after installing DIA when I try to run it it just open a x11 terminal windows and does not do anything..the app does no start. In the x11 terminal windows I try to open the app by typing open /Applications/Dia.app but the same effect.
Download bible app mac. I though that maybe the App is not compatible for Yosemite (since the web page says it is for at las OSX mavericks) but I have a friend that have a Macbook ai with Yosemite and the app runs fine.
My safari app won't open on my macbook air.
Any clue?
Go to Leopard's Applications: Utilities folder and double-click on X11.app. That will open xterm. At first, you might think it's just another command-line tool like Mac OS X's. To Paste between an X11 app and a Mac OS X app, in the X11 file menu, select Edit Copy and then select Edit Paste in the Mac OS X app menu. X11 Customization and PATH export: To have the scrollbar automatically appear when a new xterm window is created from the X11 menu (and to perhaps source the shell files so that PATH's are kept, etc).
X11 Osx
Thank you
